Picked up our 2022 LTV Unity RL last Monday. We placed our order in December 2020. Seth kept us updated about the status of our buildout the entire time. We could not be happier with the entire experience. Once we saw our new LTV Unity RL we were thrilled. Seth gave us an in-depth orientation and took the time to answer all of our questions. We left their showroom and headed back to Columbus, Ohio. Not one issue on the ride home for our maiden voyage. They are truly GOLD STAR and Triple Diamond rated by LTV for a reason.

I just wanted to let you know how much we love our Leisure Travel Unity from Jonathan at Lake Region RV. We were a long way out when we first visited Jonathan and two years later we have our Unity and he has been so supportive the whole time. Our walk though was very complete and the pick up was a complete pleasure. Seth was there to help with the paperwork and financing and it all went great. Our LTV was perfectly cleaned and ready to go and we have are taking our 3rd trip tomorrow and are so excited. Thank you all for the great experience.

Kelly and Seth were great to work with throughout the process. They always answered our questions and did a good job of preparing us for the many responsibilities of RV ownership. Kelly encouraged us to view the videos on the LTV website and follow the experiences of other owners on the Facebook page. They provided a very thorough walk through! And when we discovered we were locked out of the bathroom at 7 am on our second morning camping.... I texted Kelly. She searched diligently for the solution and rescued us via text in less than 30 minutes. They are consistently caring and helpful. What a great team!

I have never purchased anything with out touching it first, so to purchase our class B Sprinter on-line was very scary for us. Who do we trust? Finding Lakeregion RV (Seth, and Jonathon) was a lottery win. Not only were we taking care of, and treated with respect but they helped us on issues that others would say "that's not my job" They assisted in every single detail. It arrived in Canada as promised clean and just as they displayed it to be. Even a full tank. We even called our sprinter "Primetime" since Seth told me "not to worry you will be ready for primetime soon"
I will be dealing with them again.

We ordered a Thor Compass from Tom Kunz. We found Tom to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly interested in learning about our interest and requirements. His expertise guided to the Compass. We started our search for a class B RV earlier this year. When we went to Lake Regions RV in June, we met Seth. He took the time to find out our needs and directed us to the Coachman Beyond. It took awhile to come (at no fault of the dealership, as this is a unique year with covid) but we were delighted when it came and it was exactly what we had envisioned. Seth took time to show us how to operate all the components of the RV and even gave us a few tips of caution for people new to RV's. I would highly recommend this dealership!! Great job Lake Region RV!!! Kelly was so helpful. We found our 2015 Road-Trek on their web site but were are 6hrs away. Kelly did everything she could to make sure it was the right RV for us. 2hr video conference call to show us everything we needed. Pushed every button and turned every switch. She stayed in contact with us through the whole process. She put in so much effort to answer all our question before we made the long drive to see the RV and them purchase it. The service group did a full once over to make sure everything was right before delivery. Great family operation.

We have spent the last year building a new home, with our Wonder on order. When it came in, we were in the middle of the end of the build - Seth understood our dilemma and made sure our RV would be ready and waiting for us by the time we finished and able to close on the house. Tom and Travis were the most professional and patience folks I've dealt with in my search for a new motorhome. I worked extensively to get the best deal and was fully prepared to move forward. I lost my Dad at age 90 to throat cancer on January 1, 2019 and as such things changed for my family so we did not make a purchase, however this is the first place I return back to and I live in Kentucky. My husband and I are retired and enjoyed traveling in our older used RV. It was time to replace our old one and as we live in a rural area we needed to find an RV dealership. I searched online for a while before finding one that had the RV styles we were looking for and also one that had excellent ratings. That dealership was Lake Region RV's. I worked with a wonderful, friendly and very helpful salesman named Jonathan who helped us for almost a year to find just the right RV for us. For a smaller dealership, we were impressed with the many types and styles of RV's they had in their inventory. We narrowed our choices down to a couple of styles, but we couldn't find one that was exactly what we needed. I talked with Jonathan about a style I had seen online elsewhere that was just what we wanted and needed and asked him if they would be able to find that model for us. He and Travis worked to try and locate that model and ended up putting an order in for one for us at the factory. We wanted a class C with no slide-outs and a queen size island bed, and no steps inside of the unit and that is exactly what they were able to order for us. The were so helpful and not pushy at all, and that made our buying experience comfortable, simple and easy. We encourage anyone who may be interested in buying an RV to check out Lake Region RV's and give them a try. We are very happy that we went to them and appreciate everything they did to help us find the perfect RV for us.

My wife and I can say with confidence that working with Lake Regions RV was a excellent experience. We've owned a 2007 Leisure Travel for the last five years, bought from a private seller, and were more than pleased with the RV and the service department at Lake Regions over those years. The sales person, Gunner, was very helpful in providing us with the background of our new purchase and the performance history. The owner of Lake Regions and Gunner also gave us good advice on how to sell our "old" RV with suggested pricing and advertising. Gunner went out of his way to help us list our RV and even steered a number of people our way who might be interested. He also made ongoing suggestions as we went along. We sold our RV in two weeks. The financial manager, Travis, was also helpful in this process. Lake Regions is a small dealer selling a fine product. Their customer service is very personable and we felt that we were always dealt with honestly and openly. We couldn't have asked for better. We recommend them highly for anyone who is interested in looking into the Class B RV world.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle, unseen, only through internet and conversations and emails with Lakeregion staff. Upon arrival, more than pleasantly surprised and welcomed. The vehicle was everything expected and more. Excellent condition, dealership I felt went above and beyond in cleaning, presentation, explanations, patience, and cooperation. Systems checked, propane filled, gas tank filled, etc. and ready to roll. We have enjoyed our experience with Lake Region RV. Hands down, this dealership has the largest selection of new and used B, B+ and C RV's that we have seen anywhere. Sales and service staff are knowledgeable and want to assure each customer experiences concierge level service. In addition to local sales, Lake Region frequently hosts customers who fly into Minneapolis, camp overnight in their new RV and then drive home. We took advantage of this option and our delivery walk- through service proved invaluable as we started on our first trip. In addition to information on best practices to enjoy our coach, Lake Region RV kindly supplied a top shelf RV starter kit. We had everything needed to travel except linens and groceries.

Hi Dave(owner of Great West Vans), We know you are new as the owner of Great West Vans and that your company, Sterling Group, has provided parts to GW in the past. As a result of the recent services you have provided, I want you to have the benefit of our experience with our Great West Van, Dale Borstad at Lake Region RV's, and with the folks at your company. In a word, all have been "Great!" If you choose, please share our story with others. If more detail of our experience is useful, don't hesitate to let us know. As background, we are new to the RV world. As we were about to retire a few years ago, we identified that we wanted to travel the US. As we talked about how we wanted to travel, the obvious vehicle was a Class B RV. We went to the Minneapolis RV show, and spent a lot of time with Dale Borstad of Lake Region RV's. We looked closely at the product of all the major manufacturers. It was very clear to us that the design of Great West was superior for our purposes. Since I am fairly tall(6'3"), we decided to wait for the new model of the Sprinter van. The wait was worth it. In the last few years, we have travelled coast to coast and border to border in our RV. Most of our travel has been during the Iowa winter. Each of the last 4 winters we have lived in our RV for 3-4 months, while roaming around the warmer climates. We have enjoyed the mobility of the unit, the style of the unit, the functionality of the interior layout, and the storage room, especially for golf clubs and other larger items. The performance isn't bad either, with fully loaded overall mileage around 19 mpg. We also have appreciated the service from Great West. We have had very few issues, but a couple of adjustments needed were provided quickly and professionally. And, since you have become owner of Great West, the responsiveness and support has been Great, and we appreciate it. We appreciate being kept informed on the new and better items being used in your RVs. As you know, being new to the RV world, sometimes the help we need is just a better understanding of the functionality of our RV. So, thanks so much for your great product, and your company and personal support of that product. With this strong customer centered approach, we know you will enjoy great success as the owner of Great West Vans. We haven't actually taken possession of our Class B+ Lisure Travel Serenity, but I felt compelled to comment on our buying experience.This will be our 5th RV unit purchased at various other dealerships. While all of those experiences were fine, the experience at Lake Region was extraordinary. We looked at 3 units, with the help of Sandy. She did a great job of showing us around each one. Then introduced us to Dale for a few followup questions. There was virtually no negotiation on this purchase. Dale gave us his price, with a non-RV tradein, and his number was just where we hoped it would be. The paperwork was minimal, the experience was fantastic. I'll add to this blog after we have had the pleasure of traveling in our new Serenity.
